*Pricing is based on MSRP less discount. Discount percent remains firm throughout the life of the contract. MSRP is reviewed and updated annually as needed.

**Initial pricing submission from BAFO is the base price. Price adjustments allowed based on RISI index and 6% cap from bid. If RISI index is below 6%, allowable semi-annual price adjustment shall not exceed the RISI index. If RISI index is above 6%, allowable semi-annual price adjustment shall not exceed 6% cap from bid.

***Corporate Express controls theitem content of Lots IV and V. Their restrictions are as follows: Lot IV shall consist of no less than 5,000 items and the blended discount must be at least 60%; Lot V shall consist of no less than 10,000 items and the blended discount must be at least 48%. Corporate Express updates these lists quarterly. These updates include content and price adjustments. If Corporate Express wants to update the list of items and pricing for Lots IV and V more frequently, as long as they meet the above restrictions, it is allowable under our contract.

The County of San Diego audits pricing for Lots I III semi-annually in July and January.
