National IPA Contract Ordering Process for
Staples Commercial Products

1. If you have not done so already, please register to participate in National IPA at www.nationalipa.org/participate.html.
2. Contact your local Staples Advantage representative If you are interested in utilizing the Staples Advantage, Office and School Supplies contract offered through National IPA.

• Your local Staples representative will work with you to review your current procurement processes, analyze your product usage, and provide the savings available through the contract.
• We will ask you to provide us with your shipping, billing, reporting, and participant information for quick account set-up and activation.
• Then youll simply place your orders using our easy online ordering system, www.eway.com and begin enjoying the benefits of the Staples Advantage program!
