Ready to Purchase? Here's How:

1. If you have not done so already, please register to participate in National IPA at www.nationalipa.org/participate.html

2. All National IPA orders will be serviced by a Kimball Office Authorized Dealer. Contact Local Servicing Kimball Office dealer by visiting www.kimballoffice.com Locate a Dealer or contact Kimball Office at
   800-634-2010.

3. Dealer submits a purchase order, specifications, etc. (enduser purchase order is required with the dealer purchase order)

4. Kimball Office verifies that all required information is on the order prior to order entry. If there are any discrepancies, we will place a call to the dealer to clarify information before the order is entered.

5. Once an order is "clean", it will be entered and dealer will receive an acknowledgement and anticipated ship date.
